49 years old

I started the program 4 months ago. I am 49 years old and going through pre-menopause. So over the last 3 years, I have gained a lot of weight, I was 155lbs when I started the program. Now I am 136lbs. Shanyla is amazing! She is very supportive and empathic. She has not only been working with me physically but encouraging me mentally. I recommend her diet program and physical program too. I eat healthily and prepare what I like. I have a "cheat" day every week, where I eat what I like. For a maximum of 40mns a day, I train 5 days a week. Shanyla always adapts her training methods with your physical abilities. Every couple of weeks, I have a new training routine. This program comes with an app that balances your food intake. Thanks to the entire program, my body feels more tonic. I go at my own pace without stressing myself out, which is key.

I recommend this program for women over 40 to prepare them to go into menopause and also all the people who are prepared to invest in themselves Thank you Shanyla!

21 years old

Workout never was a thing for me, my diet wasn’t healthy and I was fine with my life the way it was for years.

When the pandemic happened, I decided to change. I wanted to do better with my life and reach my goals. I had this need to challenge myself, and working out started to become one of them.

I started my program on Monday, March 23rd, I was 189.5 lbs.

I put my alarm on, woke up and started my fitness and nutrition journey without knowing that on that exact same day I made one of the best decision of my life.

Days after days, I would woke up, train and prepared my healthy meals

It wasn't easy for me, the most difficult for me was the nutrition part, I needed to make HEALTHY meals, I didn’t know how to cook, I wasn’t used to a healthy diet and I couldn’t order “take out” anymore.

In June 2020, I decided to finally take a look at my body, and the before/after was unbelievable. I found myself looking in front of the mirror realizing that all the struggles and efforts I made paid off. My body is lean and my mental is strong.

I learned how to manage my food, understand and feel my body. Every day, I realized that the journey I started in March 23rd 2020 and I was proud of myself.

I feel better in my body and even more in my head.

Today we are Monday, January 18th 2021 and since the month of October I maintain my weight at 158.5 lbs.

This program helped me to rediscover myself and challenge myself.

It taught me that all goals can be reached, and when those goals are reached, other ones can flourish.

26 years old

My adventure with Shanyla started about 10 months ago. My main goal was to lose weight while building my muscles. After an interview, Shanyla created a program adapted to my level to start softly… but not too soft. A nutritional plan was included with the program, but I honestly didn’t feel concerned, thinking my food was healthy enough despite my overweight.

Indeed, I’ve been overweight for several years now and I had to start my journey with muscular reinforcement and cardio programs in order to get used to moving again and mostly to avoid injuries.
The first few months, working out was a chore. I was forcing myself out of bed in the morning. Let me tell you that I was the happiest woman on my rest days! I was sweating every single day, reluctantly. At least, at the beginning… Besides, I sincerely believe that the moments I shouted my worst insults and bad words were during my first months of working out.

After quite some time, as if by magic… my alarm was not my enemy and my work out was not a chore anymore. My soreness faded and I felt lighter in my body and most importantly, in my head. My weight had not moved a bit, but I didn’t really care because I felt a real deep change inside of me. I felt energized, empowered and my mind was easier to lead to an optimistic mood. Awesome, right?

Regularly, Shanyla would readapt my programs depending on my evolution. She listened and understood my challenges and our weekly feedbacks were important to me (particularly on my difficult weeks during which my self-esteem was on low and I was considering quitting). Her exercises videos are full of details and tips to make sure you are performing the moves safely and efficiently.

In September, I decided to add the nutrition to the program. I was skeptical but all my apprehensions vanished once I realized that it wasn’t a restrictive diet. I was eating my hunger and a lot of healthy and tasty food! That’s when the harmony between my body and my mind got stronger. I started losing weight!


One thing I must share with you: It’s not easy every day. It’s a journey that I compare to a chain of mountains; somedays I joyfully work out, somedays I cry and shout. I find myself doing more sometimes, or doing less, mostly doing what I’m supposed to. But I know today that it’s a date with myself, a mandatory appointment, a daily priority, a promise to myself and that little voice in my head trying to stop me from being successful is not in control of my body! I am.

 After 10 months, I feel stronger. My lifestyle is completely different and closer to what I need. I feel the harmony between my mind and my body who now work together. 
My journey with Shanyla is unbelievable because the results are way more than what I could have had ever imagined accomplishing.
